Counselling & Psychotherapy

I am a qualified therapist (MA Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, BACP member) offering relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults and young people. My work supports clients seeking greater emotional understanding, balance, and resilience - whether navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or the complex pressures of professional and personal life.
With over twenty-five years’ experience in communications, strategy, leadership, and advocacy, I bring a deep understanding of high-performance environments and the emotional challenges that accompany ambition, visibility, and responsibility. I support clients to explore questions of purpose, self-worth, and authenticity, helping them develop sustained wellbeing and emotional clarity.
As a Black therapist I offer a culturally informed and inclusive practice, attuned to issues of identity, belonging, and the impact of race and culture on emotional life. My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative, providing a confidential, safe and reflective space to explore unconscious patterns, heal emotional wounds, and move toward meaningful change.
In addition to private practice, I work with Help Musicians’ Music Minds Matter service, offering specialist support to artists and professionals across the cultural and wider sectors.
